Andrew Maff
Andrew Maff (Andrew Maffettone) is the founder and CEO of BlueTuskr, a full-service e-commerce marketing agency that has helped 500+ brands grow across their own websites and marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart and TikTok Shop. He has spent more than 20 years in e-commerce marketing and has seen it from both sides of the table. Andrew started his career in-house, leading marketing for multiple eight-figure e-commerce brands. He managed outside agencies, built internal teams and lived with the day-to-day pressure of hitting growth targets, including handling an Amazon account shutdown firsthand. He then moved to the agency side, where he ran an e-commerce marketing agency as CEO and exited it in 2019. He founded BlueTuskr in 2020 to fix the problem he kept running into as a brand: separate agencies, departments and freelancers all pulling in different directions, or as he puts it, "herding cats." BlueTuskr brings paid search, paid social, Amazon and marketplace management, SEO and AI visibility, email and SMS, and conversion rate optimization under one team working toward one goal: profitable growth. The agency was bootstrapped from day one and focuses on long-term partnerships with founder-led brands, including a growing number of industrial and replacement parts sellers. Under Andrew's leadership, BlueTuskr was named Amazon Agency Partner of the Year and holds partner status with Amazon Ads, Walmart Advertising, Google, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, TikTok, Shopify Plus, BigCommerce and Klaviyo. Andrew hosts The E-Comm Show, a podcast with 250+ episodes featuring founders, operators and e-commerce experts, and writes a weekly newsletter read by more than 22,000 e-commerce operators.
